2. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payments via Razorpay(optional) and other approved methods.
Booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Customer:
More than 30 days before the tour: 90% refund.
15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
Cancellation by SevenRhinos:
In case of unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants), we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
4. Tour Rules and Regulations
Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
Any damage to property, wildlife, or the environment due to negligence will be the participant’s responsibility.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
SevenRhinos will make every effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, we are not responsible for:
Natural disasters, weather conditions, or wildlife behavior.
Delays or cancellations due to government regulations or unforeseen circumstances.
Participation in our tours is at your own risk. We recommend travel insurance.

All content on our website (text, images, videos, and logos) is the property of SevenRhinos.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
