About The Tour

A Migration Tour of Kenya focuses on witnessing the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles travel from Tanzania’s Serengeti to Kenya’s Maasai Mara in search of fresh grazing. This event happens annually between July and October, with the peak in August and September.

Key Highlights:

Mara River Crossing: Dramatic moments when herds cross the river, often involving predators like crocodiles.

Game Drives: Morning and afternoon safaris to spot migrating herds and predators.

Optional Activities: Hot air balloon safaris and visits to Maasai villages.

Accommodation: Stay in luxury lodges or tented camps in Maasai Mara, like Muthu Keekorok Lodge.

Best Time: August-September for the peak migration action.

A Migration Tour offers unparalleled wildlife experiences, making it one of the best safaris in the world.
